Volleyball Recap: Seckman Comes Up Short

Seckman and Jackson squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Seckman had to settle for second. They came up short against the Fighting Indians, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Jaguars in their meetings with the Fighting Indians: they've now lost four in a row.

Sarah Albers paced Seckman's offense, picking up nine kills. Albers got some help from Vanessa Wason and her six assists. Zoe Matus controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Seckman's defeat dropped their record down to 22-9-2. As for Jackson, they are on a roll lately: they've won 27 of their last 28 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 37-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Seckman nor Jackson have any future games scheduled.
