After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Monterey, Soledad was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Greenfield Bruins. The victory continues a trend for the Aztecs in their matchups with the Bruins: they've now won three in a row.

Soledad's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Greenfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Soledad will square off against rival Watsonville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Greenfield is set to take on their familiar foe Monterey at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
