The third road contest was the charm for Punxsutawney, as they earned their first away win of the season. Everything went their way against the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals on Monday as they made off with a 14-7 victory. The Chucks' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Makenna Gula was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 4.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
