Softball Recap: Mt. Carmel Sundevils vs. Escondido Cougars
Mt. Carmel had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 12-run drubbing they dealt Escondido on Friday. The Sundevils' pitchers stepped up to hand the Cougars a 12-0 shutout. The Sundevils haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
