Spanish Fort put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Orange Beach Makos. For the Toros, this counts as revenge for the 6-1 victory the Makos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Haley Hart was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Madison Griffith, who scored two runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Spanish Fort pushed their record up to 12-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Spanish Fort will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on South Panola at 4:45 p.m. on March 10th. Orange Beach will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against St. Michael Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on March 10th.
