After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Hardin, Bethlehem was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Fern Creek Tigers by a score of 10-6. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles/Banshees considering their one-run performance the matchup before.
Bethlehem let Ava Parker and Malorie Thiel run wild. Parker went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI, while Thiel went 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases Parker has posted since back in May of 2024. Paige Miller was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
Bethlehem has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games.
