Legacy entered their tilt with Centaurus on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lightning also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-14, 25-16.

Aislin Oldach paced Legacy's offense, picking up 14 kills. Oldach got some help from Emma Gray and her 33 assists. Reagan Bayley controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Legacy's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Centaurus, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Legacy is set to face off against their familiar foe Mead at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Centaurus will challenge rival Frederick at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
