Volleyball Recap: Avalon Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

It was a Battle of the Birds when Avalon duked it out with Meyer on Friday. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Ravens. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Ravens, too.

Avalon is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for Meyer, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Avalon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Italy on the 22nd. Meyer has also already played their next game (against Hubbard), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
