Volleyball Game Preview: Caldwell Cougars vs. Nampa Bulldogs + How To Watch

Caldwell is 1-9 against Nampa since August of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Cougars will look to defend their home court against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m.

Caldwell came up short against Vallivue on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Vallivue scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-20, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Nampa hadn't done well against Columbia recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Nampa had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-18.

Caldwell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Nampa, their victory bumped their record up to 3-14.
