Savannah lost to Bishop LeBlond back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Savages came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Savages.

While Savannah might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Bishop LeBlond scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18, 15-25, 25-18.

Taylor Hilsabeck paced Savannah's offense, picking up 12 kills. Hilsabeck got some help from Reece Gould and her 39 assists. Hilsabeck also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Mylee Schrick, each putting up two.

Despite the loss, Bishop LeBlond still got an impressive performance from Brylee Miller, who had 12 digs and two assists.

Savannah's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Bishop LeBlond, they moved to 12-2 with that loss, which also ended their ten-match winning streak.

Savannah wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Benton on the 25th. As for Bishop LeBlond, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against St. Pius X on the 25th.
