Volleyball Game Preview: Perrydale Pirates vs. North Douglas + How To Watch

Perrydale hasn't had much luck against North Douglas recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Pirates will head out on the road to square off against North Douglas at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Perrydale is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest defeat since September 30th on Saturday. They came up short against St. Paul, falling 3-0.

The home team had won the previous six meetings between North Douglas and Umpqua Valley Christian, and Umpqua Valley Christian kept the tradition alive. North Douglas lost 3-0 to Umpqua Valley Christian on Saturday.

Perrydale's loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for North Douglas, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-7.

Perrydale suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to North Douglas when the teams last played back in October of 2021. Can the Pirates avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
