While Vestal put up plenty of  runs on Monday, the same  can't be said for Binghamton. The Golden Bears blew past the Patriots 19-0. The Golden Bears haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive  win against them.
 Landon Pancoast was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out 11 over 5.1 innings pitched. He has been consistent  recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with three  RBI and one  double.
 In other batting news,  Gavin Brady was a standout: he scored two  runs while going 3-for-5. Another player making a difference was  Canyon Kalina, who  scored three  runs while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 Vestal was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .378. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Binghamton only posted a  batting average of  .087.
Vestal now  has a winning record of 3-2. As for Binghamton,  they are  on  a  21-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
Vestal will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Patriots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
