Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Detroit Cristo Rey). They were the clear victors by a 32-14 margin over the Greenhills Gryphons on Thursday. The WOLVES haven't had any issues with the Gryphons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Detroit Cristo Rey's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Greenhills, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Detroit Cristo Rey will head out to face off against Fitzgerald at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The WOLVES' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Spartans have averaged an impressive 9.5 runs per game this season. As for Greenhills, they will welcome Whitmore Lake at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
