Baseball Game Preview: South Lamar Stallions vs. Lamar County Bulldogs

The South Lamar Stallions will challenge the Lamar County Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

South Lamar took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They came out on top against Hubbertville by a score of 5-2.

Meanwhile, Lamar County had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 7-3 win over Lynn on Monday.

South Lamar pushed their record up to 10-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lamar County, their victory bumped their record up to 9-12.
