Basketball Recap: TERRA Environmental Comes Up Short

TERRA Environmental lost against Ferguson back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. TERRA Environmental took a blow against the Ferguson Falcons, falling 67-40. TERRA Environmental was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-20.

TERRA Environmental lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Celeste Teboe, who posted 11 points. Audrey Vega was another key player, going 5 for 12 on her way to 12 points.

This is the second loss in a row for TERRA Environmental and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for Ferguson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

TERRA Environmental will head out to take on Braddock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ferguson, they will host Immaculata-La Salle at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
