Soccer Game Preview: Holderness vs. New Hampton School

The Holderness Bulls will head out to square off against the New Hampton School Huskies at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Holderness' last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Holderness is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Cushing Academy on Wednesday. The Bulls and the Penguins finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, New Hampton School was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They fell just short of Dexter Southfield by a score of 1-0.

With that draw, Holderness' record moves to 2-4-1. As for New Hampton School, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6-1.

Holderness came up short against New Hampton School when the teams last played back in September, falling 2-0. Can the Bulls avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
