Softball Recap: Sonora Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mariposa County on Friday, Sonora came back down to earth. The Sonora Wildcats fell 7-4 to the Beyer Patriots on Saturday.

Sonora's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Beyer, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Sonora wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 15-0 defeat against Patterson on the 22nd. As for Beyer, they have also already played their next game, a 7-6 win against Mountain House on the 22nd.
