Villa Rica extended their home winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Jamey Hennelly. The Wildcats came out on top against the Temple Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Thursday thanks in part to Hennelly, who had ten digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Villa Rica never let Temple on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22.

Villa Rica's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Temple, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Villa Rica will venture away from home to square off against Pepperell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Temple, they will welcome Oak Mountain Academy on Tuesday.
