Basketball Recap: Christopher Park Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat King's Ridge Christian

King's Ridge Christian typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Mount Paran Christian proved too difficult a challenge. They managed a 72-66 win over the King's Ridge Christian Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Tigers back in December of 2024, they had to take a 82-74 loss.

Mount Paran Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Christopher Park, who went 9 for 15 on his way to 26 points and four steals. That's the most points Park has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Shane Goines, who went 8 of 14 en route to 19 points and four steals.

Mount Paran Christian now has a winning record of 14-13. As for King's Ridge Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-14 record this season.

Mount Paran Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 79-70 victory against Walker on the 11th. King's Ridge Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
