Soccer Game Preview: Central Academy vs. Union Academy

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Central Academy turned things around against Montgomery Central on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Timberwolves.

Makenna Bahnick and Brooke Deblasio scored all three of Central Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Union Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of Sun Valley by a score of 4-3. The loss was the Cardinals' first of the season.

Central Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Union Academy, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1-1.
