It was a good run, but Proctor unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell to Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy 69-65. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Rails came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 28th, while Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy are ranked 91st).

Proctor's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 16-2. As for Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

Proctor has already played their next match, a 69-65 loss against Marshall on the 22nd. Marshall/Lakeview Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
