Basketball Game Preview: Stephens County Indians vs. Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines

The Stephens County Indians are taking a road trip to face off against the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Stephens County has now lost 13 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since November 26.

Stephens County is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Hart County on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Stephens County lost 68-44 to Hart County. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 470th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 220th).

Prince Avenue Christian has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 56-49 to Athens Academy on Monday.

Prince Avenue Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Stephens County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-15.
