Volleyball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central suffered their biggest loss since May 3, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against the Monte Vista Monarchs, falling 3-0. The Spartans just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Monte Vista, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-6.

Central has already played their next matchup (against Bayfront Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Monte Vista, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Calexico on the 19th.
