Baseball Recap: Columbus Comes Up Short

If Columbus was feeling good fresh off their 14-4 takedown of Frontenac on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans came up short against the Raiders on Thursday, falling 13-5. Titans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Raiders since on Thursday.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Frontenac, their win bumped their record up to 13-7.

Columbus does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frontenac, they will head out to square off against Fort Scott on Monday.
