Kickapoo waltzed into their contest on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 67-28 win over the Carthage Tigers. The Chiefs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Kickapoo's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Carthage, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season.

Kickapoo will square off against Joplin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Kickapoo knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Joplin likes a good challenge. As for Carthage, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 47-35 loss against Olathe North on the 25th.
