Football Recap: Fresno Takes a Loss

Fresno lost against Torres back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors were outmatched by the Toros and fell 40-13.

Fresno's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Torres, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fresno will host McLane at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Highlanders have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Torres, they will be playing at home against Roosevelt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Rough Riders' defense has only allowed 8.2 points per game this season, so the Toros' offense will have their work cut out for them.
