Baseball Recap: Oakfield-Alabama Takes a Loss

If Oakfield-Alabama was riding high fresh off their 11-0 takedown of Campbell-Savona on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets fell just short of the Kendall Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Oakfield-Alabama saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Tobolski, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Oakfield-Alabama's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Kendall, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

As of now, neither Oakfield-Alabama nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
