Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Geauga). They took down the Harvey Red Raiders 82-68 on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Wolverines who have now won five games in a row.

Deontae Ware and Armani Hall certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Ware went 9 of 19 on his way to 22 points and eight rebounds, while Hall went 7 for 13 en route to 22 points. Ware continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Chase Goines, who posted ten points.

West Geauga is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.6 points per game. As for Harvey, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-12.

West Geauga has already played their next contest, a 60-42 win against Mayfield on the 25th. As for Harvey, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-71 victory against Geneva on the 27th.
