Basketball Recap: Norwood Comes Up Short

Norwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 72-51 to the Bethel-Tate Tigers. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Norwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Bethel-Tate, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Norwood will square off against Purcell Marian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bethel-Tate, they will face off against Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
