Gahr was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to third in San Gabriel Valley. The Gladiators vanquished Cerritos 41-0 earlier in the week.

Paramount scaled the state rankings by moving to 297 from 368 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Pirates were able to make move up by defeating Bellflower 27-6.

Downey's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jorge Reyna threw for 159 yards and Tristan Esparza had 67 yards receiving. On the ground Justin Huff contributed 103 yards.
