Volleyball Recap: Faith Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Faith Christian Academy lost against Excel Christian Academy back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Spartans.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10, 25-13.

Xaidelis Figueroa was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had five aces.

Faith Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Excel Christian Academy, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Faith Christian Academy will head out to take on Florida College Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Faith Christian Academy is facing Florida College Academy at the right time seeing as Florida College Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Excel Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Hillsborough Baptist at 5:30 p.m.
