Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Flandreau). They were the clear victor by a 64-41 margin over the DeSmet Bulldogs on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Fliers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Flandreau's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-5. As for DeSmet, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Flandreau and DeSmet should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps South Dakota Rankings. Flandreau will square off against Baltic at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday up 75 places (29 vs. 104). Meanwhile, DeSmet (ranked 46th) will meet Oldham-Ramona/R (ranked 144th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
