Volleyball Recap: Silas' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past + How To Watch

Silas won the last time they faced Peninsula and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rams walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Seahawks. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 25-20, 25-22.

Cameron Green was the offensive standout of the match as she had 15 digs and three assists. Those 15 digs gave her a new career-high. Danielle Bardizian also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Silas was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in nine consecutive contests.

Silas' victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Peninsula, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Silas nor Peninsula have any future games scheduled.
