Softball Recap: Abington Friends Has No Trouble Against Barrack Hebrew Academy

Abington Friends won against Science Leadership Academy two weeks ago with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Everything went Abington Friends' way against the Barrack Hebrew Academy Cougars as they made off with an 11-0 victory. Fans of Abington Friends have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Lorelai Stirling made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Stirling was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-3.

In other batting news, Maddie Montroy was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Serafina Kubersky, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.
