Antonian Prep came into Friday's game looking for another win against St. Michael, but Nico Anderson wouldn't allow it. The Warriors secured a 47-42 W over the Apaches on Friday for which the team can thank Anderson, who threw for 368 yards and five touchdowns while completing 73.5% of his passes, and also punched in a pair of scores on the ground. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 302.6 passing yards per game.

Topper Sterling and Rogan Parson certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Sterling gained 273 total yards and two touchdowns, while Parson rushed for 59 yards and three TDs on only eight carries. Parson is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

St. Michael's now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Antonian Prep, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Michael's will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against St. Pius X at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. As for Antonian Prep, they will welcome Savio at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Apaches will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 36.2 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
