Bloomfield is headed into the contest having just posted their closest victory since December 27, 2024 on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Millburn, sneaking past 47-44.

Meanwhile, West Orange lost to Caldwell on the road by a 64-46 margin on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Mountaineers in their matchups with the Chiefs: they've now lost three in a row.

Bloomfield's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for West Orange, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 12-8.

Bloomfield was able to grind out a solid victory over West Orange when the teams last played back in January of 2024, winning 64-55. Will Bloomfield repeat their success, or does West Orange have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
