Volleyball Recap: Liberty Christian Warriors vs. Southwest Christian School Eagles

Liberty Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southwest Christian School Eagles. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Bailey Kimberlin paced Liberty Christian's offense, picking up five kills. Kimberlin got some help from Honor Reed and her six assists. Marlo Trivan controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Liberty Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Southwest Christian School, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-10-2.

Liberty Christian has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Prestonwood Christian on the 27th. As for Southwest Christian School, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Concordia Lutheran on the 27th.
