After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Heritage, the Seymour Eagles were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Cocke County by a score of 77-67. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Cameron Soulages continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 32 points and ten rebounds. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for 12 straight games. Another player making a difference was David Canterbury, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.
Seymour's win bumped their record up to 5-22. As for Cocke County, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-18.
