After having lost a blowout in their previous game against University School of Milwaukee, Kenosha Christian Life was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the St. Anthony Roman Legion 13-6. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Monchie Gunter made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. Gunter was even better at the plate, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and two doubles. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

In other batting news, Bradley Palmer was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Those runs were his first of the season.

The win got Kenosha Christian Life back to even at 4-4. As for St. Anthony, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kenosha Christian Life will venture away from home to face off against Luther Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Phoenix at the right time seeing as the Phoenix are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for St. Anthony, they will square off against St. John's Northwestern Military Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
