Glades Day won the last time they faced Lake Worth and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Gators put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 24-9 victory. The Gators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Glades Day let Reilly Baltazar and Alana Baeza run wild. Baltazar went 3-for-4 with one home run, three stolen bases, and three runs, while Baeza went 4-for-5 with five stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. With that strong performance, Baeza is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game. Mackenzie Lakatos also deserves some recognition as she got her first hits of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Glades Day and bumps their season record up to 11-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.5 runs over those games. As for Lake Worth, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Glades Day nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
