Soccer Recap: Eisenhower Comes Up Short

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Silverado Hawks. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hawks earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Eisenhower's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Silverado, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-10-2.

Eisenhower will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bloomington at 4:00 p.m. on January 10th. As for Silverado, they will head out to face off against Granite Hills at 4:30 p.m. on January 8th. Granite Hills will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Silverado surely won't give up without a fight.
