Cochranton won the last time they faced Maplewood and Brady Rynd did his part to make sure it happened again. The Cardinals blew past the Tigers 60-37 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Rynd, who shot 78% from the field on his way to 18 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game.

Noah Carroll also deserves some recognition as he grabbed his first steals of the season. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

The win got Cochranton back to even at 2-2. As for Maplewood, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cochranton will challenge rival Jamestown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Maplewood is set to square off against their familiar foe Cambridge Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
