Victoria came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Ness City Eagles. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Victoria was: they took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14.

Myah Younger paced Victoria's offense, picking up eight kills. Younger got some help from Emma Dinkel and her ten assists. Lyla Rodger controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Victoria's win bumped their record up to 14-1. As for Ness City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Victoria and Ness City will both be playing Macksville the next time they take the court. The Eagles will host the Mustangs on Saturday, while the Knights will head out to face them on Tuesday.
