After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Warren County finally came back down to earth on Friday. They came up short against the Sequatchie County Indians, falling 15-1. The Pioneers & Lady Pioneers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Warren County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler Adams, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Warren County's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Sequatchie County, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Warren County will welcome Smyrna at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Warren County is facing Smyrna at the right time seeing as Smyrna is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Sequatchie County, they will take on Tullahoma in a tournament on Saturday.
