Soccer Game Preview: California Lutheran vs. Southlands Christian

The California Lutheran C-Hawks will head out on the road to face off against the Southlands Christian Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. California Lutheran's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Thursday just wasn't the day for California Lutheran's offense. They lost 12-0 to Woodcrest Christian on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Southlands Christian came up short against Big Bear on Monday, falling 5-2.

Jaime Munoz and Abood Shouman scored both of the Eagles' goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Southlands Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for California Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

California Lutheran suffered a grim 12-0 defeat to Southlands Christian in their previous matchup back in January. Can the C-Hawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
