Volleyball Preview: Gateway Charter Griffins vs. Evangelical Christian Sentinels
Gateway Charter is 0-6 against Evangelical Christian since August of 2021 but things could change on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, Evangelical Christian entered their tilt with Imagine School at North Port on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Sharks with a sharp 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-4, 25-10.
Gateway Charter better focus on containing Olivia Holt and Reese Pool as the pair were huge in Evangelical Christian's win. Holt had five assists and four aces, while Pool had three digs and two aces. That's the most aces Holt has posted over her last six matches. Brianna Acosta also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.
