Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norton). They were the clear victors by a 23-3 margin over the Holliston Panthers on Wednesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Liana Danubio made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with five runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those five runs gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Avery Tinkham and CeeCee Goodwin did most of the damage at the plate: Tinkham went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles, while Goodwin got on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
