With a playoff win on the line, Collinsville rose to the challenge on Friday. They put the hurt on the Tanner Rattlers with a sharp 6-1 victory. Considering Collinsville have won 13 matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Aaron Herrera and Jan Segura scored all six of Collinsville's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 70 goals.

The win made it two in a row for Collinsville and bumps their season record up to 20-3-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those two games. As for Tanner, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-6-1.

Coming up, Collinsville will face off against Susan Moore at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Susan Moore will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Collinsville surely won't give up without a fight. Tanner does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
