While Timber Creek's victory against Keller Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Falcons won by a goal and slipped past the Chargers 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Timber Creek's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 11th, while Keller Central are ranked 108th).

Alex Diaz was the driving force of Timber Creek's attack as he scored both of Timber Creek's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

Timber Creek's win bumped their record up to 5-0-1. As for Keller Central, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 5-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Timber Creek will take on Southlake Carroll at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southlake Carroll will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Timber Creek surely won't give up without a fight. As for Keller Central, they will face off against Keller at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keller Central will need to watch out since Keller have now posted at least four goals in their last three matches.
