Softball Recap: The Woodlands Comes Up Short

The Woodlands fell victim to Taft and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 9-0 to the Taft Raiders. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Highlanders have suffered since February 27, 2024.

The Woodlands' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Taft, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, The Woodlands will face off against Ball at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Taft, they will square off against Holmes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
